• Expand In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
• Improve transportation access for non-driving seniors
• Encourage fitness, wellness, and social connection programs
• Improve adult protective services and guardian programs and better access to legal/financial aid: POA, wills, elder rights -

• Fill empty commercial buildings and storefronts
• Work closely with local Chambers of Commerce
• Foster small business collaboration and innovation hubs
• Encourage rural entrepreneurship and trades -
Responsible Housing Solutions
Homes for locals, not just visitors.
• Encourage development projects in unused Shopping Center
• Limit oversaturation of short-term rentals
• Support partnerships with nonprots like Habitat for Humanity -
Smart County Budgeting
Financial responsibility and transparency.
• Balance the budget every year
• Coordinate with department heads to identify needs and solutions
• Create long-term 5-year fiscal planning
• Provide ongoing public updates on the county budget -
